Payroll & Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities: Ensure timely approval of timecards and accurate payroll processing. Run, review, and audit payroll batches to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Maintain accurate employee payroll records including new hires, changes, and terminations. Process bonuses, commissions, expense reimbursements, and manual payroll adjustments. Administer wage garnishments and required documentation. Prepare payroll filings, W-2s, and compliance reporting. Support payroll audits and resolve discrepancies. Troubleshoot payroll and timekeeping system issues. Support onboarding and HRIS setup for new employees. Serve as a trusted payroll and HR resource for employees and leaders. Assist with benefits administration and leave-related payroll. Prepare payroll and HR reports to support leadership decision-making. Minimum Required Qualifications & Education: Minimum of three years experience in an accounting or payroll role supporting a large hourly workforce. Proficiency with leading payroll and workforce management systems. Working knowledge of payroll best practices and state payroll tax regulations. High school diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated accuracy, organization, and strong attention to detail. Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Collaborative team player with a customer-service-oriented approach to supporting employees and leaders.
