JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works closely with the Mortgage Loan Officers in a team environment to enable them to be as efficient as possible in obtaining new loan opportunities and to devoting a high percentage of their time in pursuing these opportunities. Performs Appraisal Reviews and distributes copy to borrower. Orders closing support documents and prepares closing packages. Meets and performs closings with borrowers. Coordinates and disburses mortgage loans. Conducts initial compliance and tracks compliance documents. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements Knowledge equivalent to the completion of a High School diploma or equivalent; one to three years job related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Exceptional organization skills Excellent at multi-tasking High attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy on a consistent and repetitive basis. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with employees, managers, and members. Performs well in a team environment. Flexible and open to change.
