JOB REQUIREMENTS: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLANNER Community Development Planner Community Development Planner Washington County, located in West Bend, Wisconsin has an excellent opportunity for a full time Community Development Planner with our Community Development Department. This position will be responsible for the development, coordination, execution, management and evaluation of the County Brownfields Redevelopment Program, enforcement of Land Division County Code Ch. 257 and development of long-range land use planning. This position may also assist with Our Great Community Campaign Initiatives. This position will collaborate with coalition partners and other key stakeholders assisting in the implementation of innovative brownfield redevelopment strategies throughout Washington County. This position will work collaboratively with County staff, local government partners and other stakeholders across all disciplines to create successful program outcomes. Starting salary: \$72,240.99 - \$96,058.55, based on experience.
