Job Title: Packaging Operator - 1st Shift
Job Description
Join our team as a Packaging Operator, where you will be an integral part of producing a variety of water flavorings, liquid additives, sweeteners, coffee creamers, stevia, and mashed potatoes under well-known private labels. This role requires a hands-on approach to machine operation and quality assurance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Set up and adjust machines, performing troubleshooting during jams or spills.
Perform daily and weekly cleaning according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Load supplies into machines either manually or using hoists, and replace molds and cutting surfaces.
Test and measure finished products, recording activities and stages of manufacturing.
Document lot numbers, quantities, and other relevant details.
Essential Skills
3+ years of machine operating experience.
2+ years of experience at the same company.
Experience with machine setup and troubleshooting.
Experience in documentation, filling, machine operating, and packaging.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of one-year experience in production operations, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate with team members across functional groups.
Bilingual experience is a plus.

Work Environment
This position is on the 1st shift, operating from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You will work in a climate-controlled facility with a focus on safety and hygiene, requiring the use of GMP attire such as hairnets, beard nets, smocks, and steel-toed shoes. The pay range is $22 - $26 per hour.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54080.00/yr.
