Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest information, and coordinate room assignments
• Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy
• Provide exceptional guest services by offering local recommendations, amenities information, and support throughout their stay
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest relations, safety, and security
• Other duties as assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately and efficiently during overnight shifts
• Previous hotel experience focusing on guest services, reservations, or front desk duties is advantageous
