Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Wenatchee Area Executive Director in Wenatchee, Washington

Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Wenatchee Area is seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to lead the organization's operations, financial management, fundraising, board relations, staff supervision, construction program oversight, homeowner relations, and Habitat Store operations. This is an in-person leadership role based in Wenatchee, WA and reports to the Board of Directors through the Executive Committee.

This hands-on position is ideal for a self-directed leader who can balance strategy and day-to-day operations in a small-office environment. The Executive Director oversees accounting functions, budgeting, payroll, compliance, donor relations, community partnerships, office administration, and supervision of key staff. The role also supports construction program oversight, family services, and store performance.

Qualified candidates should have at least three years of progressively responsible nonprofit, government, or mission-driven leadership experience, strong financial management skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online and standard office technology. A valid Washington State driver's license, insurable driving record, and ability to pass criminal background checks are required.

Compensation is $55,000 to $65,000 annually, including performance-based incentives, based on a 32-hour work week.
