Manor Hills, Inc. Memory Care Manager- LPN in Wellsville, New York

Wellsville, Manor Hills Inc. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Memory Care Manager-LN to lead and oversee our memory care program. The Memory Care Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. This role involves managing staff, developing programs, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee memory care programs to enhance the quality of life for residents. Leads at least one activity per day with residents. Resident Care: Ensure the delivery of person-centered care, including individualized care plans and engagement activities. Passing of medications to residents on day shift. Staff Management: Provides training and supervision of memory care staff, ensuring ongoing education and performance excellence. Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including health and safety protocols. Family Engagement: Provide support, education, and communication to families regarding resident care and disease progression. Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, administration, and other departments to support holistic care for residents. Performs all other duties as needed or requested by Supervisor. Qualifications: LPN Strong knowledge of dementia care practices, including person-centered care and behavioral management techniques. Experience in regulatory compliance, staff supervision Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
