Manor Hills Wellsville Assisted living facility looking for a Full Time LPN with Case Management experience .
Compassionate and experience memory care manager/LPN to lead and oversee our memory care program. Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. This role involves managing staff, developing programs, and maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
