Shift: LPN Per Diem (Casual, as needed) Highland Park is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents while overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit. Responsibilities Identify, manage, and treat specific skin conditions, such as pressure injuries; diabetic, venous, or arterial ulcers; and traumatic or complicated wounds Provide wound care on assigned residents, in accordance with physician orders, following manufacturer recommendations and appropriate techniques Complete a thorough and accurate wound assessment upon notification of wound, and follow-up assessments weekly and as needed Requirements Current LPN licensure in the State of New York 0 years of experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively What we Offer: Competitive Pay PER DIEM, flexiable schedule Opportunities for career growth and professional development Pay rate: $29.21-$35/hour Why Join Us?
