Who are you?

You’re highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. At C&N, we’re seeking an Executive Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to executive leadership while helping coordinate key initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and events, prepare executive communications, and help keep leadership priorities organized and moving forward. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure leaders and teams operate efficiently—and you handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion—this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

You will be responsible for:

  • Executive Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing calendars, coordinating schedules, screening communications, and assisting with daily priorities.

  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize executive meetings, leadership events, and business initiatives by coordinating logistics, arranging travel, securing meeting spaces, and preparing materials.

  • Executive Communications & Materials: Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence. Draft and proofread internal and external communications on behalf of executive leadership.

  • Project & Strategic Initiative Support: Assist executives and leadership teams with coordinating projects, monitoring progress on initiatives, and supporting operational improvements across divisions.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and collaboration.

  • Administrative & Operational Tracking: Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and records, complete expense reports, and support administrative workflows that help ensure efficient executive operations.

Requirements:

Education & Experience – You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 6–8 years of administrative or office support experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Skills – You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail

  • Multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment

  • Discretion when handling confidential information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
