Consultant – Building Asset Management

An exciting opportunity to join our Wellington Property team, contributing to their growing success by delivering high‑quality building asset management consultancy, valuation, and property services to existing and new clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on:

  • Developing asset strategies and lifecycle solutions for clients

  • Development of asset management frameworks, and operationalization of asset management plans

  • Undertake condition and inventory surveys of properties and general inspections for asset management and long-term maintenance plans, inventory verification and collection, and replacement cost valuations

Your client centric approach and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will contribute to growing the Wellington Compliance and Building Asset Management business, strengthening our profile through consistent service delivery and new business development.

About you:

  • Relevant tertiary degree/diploma/certificate

  • Good knowledge of the relevant design codes, standards, legislation and practices.

  • Current clean Drivers Licence.

  • Proven professional experience in Asset Management or related (construction, property management etc)

  • Consulting experience is an advantage.
