Collaborates with at-risk educators in ensuring that at-risk students receive targeted instruc\ on to
improve student performance.
Works closely with educators to address the needs of at-risk students.
Administers scores and records such achievement and diagnos
c tests as the teacher recommends
for individual at-risk students.
Works with individual at-risk students or small groups of at-risk students to reinforce learning of\ material on skills ini
ally introduced by the teacher.
? Assists the teacher in devising special strategies for reinforcing material or skills ini
ally introduced
by the teacher.
Guides teacher-assigned independent study, enrichment work, and remedial work set up for at-risk\ students.
Alerts the appropriate personnel to any problem or special informa
on about an at-risk student.
? Maintains the same high level of ethical behavior and confiden
ality of informa\ on about
students as is expected of a fully cer
fied teacher.
? Par\ cipates in in-service training programs, as assigned.
Assists in delivering remedial instruc
on to iden
fied at-risk students.
? Demonstrates the ability to a
end work on a regular basis to avoid disrup

opera\ ons.
? Supports the goals and objec
ves of the school district and follows all district policies.

es as assigned by the appropriate supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
Li\ and carry up to 30 lbs.
Reach in all direc\ ons.
? Hear and understand speech at normal levels.
Will be required to regularly stand, sit and walk for extended periods.
