Job Title: College, Career, and Technical Education (CCTE) Coordinator\ Primary Purpose: Provides leadership, coordination, and comprehensive support for the\ district\'s Career and Technical Education programs. This position ensures high-quality\ program implementation, compliance with federal and state regulations, alignment with\ district goals, and collaboration among schools, staff and community partners to support\ student career readiness.\ Essential Job Functions\ Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive coordination and support for all district CTE programs.

Support the planning , implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of\ CTE pathways and courses.

Serve as the central resource for CTE Teachers, administrators, counselors, and\ school leaders.

Assist schools with curriculum alignment, instructional resources, and program\ development.

Support student access to career pathways, certifications, work-based learning, and\ industry experiences.

Support CTSO implementation as an integral component of CTE programs and\ student leadership development.

Ensure district CTE programs meet all federal, state, and local compliance\ requirements. Collect, analyze, and report CTE data related to accountability\ measures, performance indicators, and program effectiveness.

Support program reviews, audits, and monitoring visits.

Maintain accurate records related to funding, program approvals, and student\ outcomes.

Support district expectations by aligning CTE programs with strategic plans,\ graduation requirements, and workforce priorities.

Collaborate with principals and district leadership to ensure consistent program\ implementation across schools.

Support professional development of CTE instructors.

Assist with scheduling, course offerings, and program articulation where applicable.

Develop and maintain partnerships with business, industry, post secondary\ institutions, and community organizations.

Support advisory committees and ensure meaningful stakeholder engagement.

Promote work-based learning opportunities such as internships, job shadowing, and\ apprenticeships.

Ensure programs align with labor market needs and industry standards.

Collaborate with industry and post secondary partners to support CTSO activities and\ events.

Participate in staff development activities to improve job-related skills.

Attend and participate in faculty meetings and serve on staff committees as required.

Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Requires the ability to work and concentrate in noisy and crowded environments.\ 9. Requires the ability to work with frequent interruptions.\ 10. Requires timeliness and regular attendance and/or physical presence at the job.\ Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in education, CTE, administration or related field.

Knowledge of Career and Technical Education programs and pathways.

St ong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Ability to analyze data and support program improvement.

Valid Kansas teaching license and endorsements as required for the position

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team with minimal supervision.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with district, state and federal
