Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Wellington, Florida
Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Wellington, Florida. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations efficiently, ensuring all requests are addressed promptly and directed to the appropriate departments.
• Welcome members and guests, providing accurate information about club offerings, events, and services while managing guest check-ins and issuing passes.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records across systems such as Jonas, SevenRooms, and HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate dining reservations, closures, and special events while supporting food and beverage operations by distributing menus and relevant materials.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are consistently clean, organized, and presented in a manner that aligns with club standards.
• Handle lost and found items, logging, storing, and returning them according to established procedures.
• Generate and distribute daily reports, such as Morning and Evening Dashboards, while keeping office supplies fully stocked and organized.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including printer maintenance, supply ordering, and other operational needs.
• Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure member requests are completed accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in receptionist duties or concierge services, preferably in a hospitality or club setting.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and answering inbound calls in a courteous manner.
• Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and experience with Jonas, SevenRooms, or HubSpot is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate club operations.
• Well-groomed appearance and demeanor, as the role represents the face of the club.
