Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Weldon, North Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting and corporate recruitment will ensure a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates with relevant experience.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized and efficient recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Facilitate new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and corporate recruitment.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications accurately.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of onboarding and new employee orientation processes.
