Role Description Form Energy is hiring a Staff Inventory Control Analyst in our Production Warehousing team reporting to the Sr. Manager of Production Warehousing. The Staff Inventory Control Analyst is the strategic architect of inventory integrity within our manufacturing facility. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring 100% data parity between Oracle ERP, WMS, and MES, effectively bridging the gap between physical shop-floor movements and digital enterprise records.

You will lead the Inventory Control Team in deploying a robust, audit-ready cycle count program and serve as the technical lead for Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) on system posting failures. As a key partner to Process Engineering and the MES team, you will drive the transition toward automated material consumption and real-time WIP tracking. This is a high-visibility role that combines technical systems expertise, forensic data analysis, and cross-functional leadership to eliminate production downtime and ensure financial compliance across the facility's entire inventory lifecycle

Program Leadership & Compliance

Cycle Count Ownership: Architect, enhance, and deploy a robust, audit-ready cycle count program that meets internal controls and external regulatory compliance standards.

Team Leadership: Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to the Inventory Control Team, setting daily priorities and fostering a culture of precision and accountability.

Policy Governance: Monitor and enforce site-wide inventory control policies, ensuring full compliance with corporate SOPs and financial audit requirements.
