Role Description Form Energy is hiring a Senior Logistics Manager to own and deploy an end-to-end logistics strategy, defining strategic procurement, carrier selection, operational execution, trade and compliance policy, and systems, while building a scalable operating model to support rapid ramp-up. Establish an organization capable of scaling efficiently while maximizing cost savings and driving continuous optimization across the network. This role reports to our Director of Supply Chain. As part of our Global Supply Chain team, you will contribute to and work on high-impact logistics initiatives and build a world-class network that supports our next phase of growth in collaboration/partnership with finance, operations, and engineering teams. What you'll do:

Develop and own end-to-end logistics strategy and roadmaps to minimize cost and maximize reliability for Form's project deployments, covering inbound and outbound flows across freight, warehousing, packaging, compliance, and duties.

Define and optimize Form's global transportation network design, including carrier mix, modal strategy, lane architecture, and flow design across suppliers, manufacturing sites, and customer project locations.

Build, manage, and continuously optimize a high-performing carrier and broker network to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable movement of goods across all logistics flows.

Establish and govern carrier selection and performance management frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and long-term partnership strategies to ensure best-in-class service, cost, and reliability.
