Role Description Form Energy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV, overseeing our Pack assembly production operations.

In this critical leadership role, you will be directly responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of a key production line. You will lead a large, diverse team of direct report manufacturing associates, comprising both direct employees and contract labor. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role requiring strong operational expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment ranging from prototyping and trials to high-volume production.

You will ensure that all production goals are met on time and act as the vital link between associates and the Production Manager to maintain a continuous improvement culture.

What you'll do:

Production Leadership & Oversight: Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the Pack production line for the day shift to meet all production, quality, and safety targets.

Large Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct employees and contract labor. Delegate tasks and provide clear direction to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to schedules.

Complex Process Management: Oversee production activities that include a variety of manufacturing techniques, such as BOM/Revision management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

Team Development: Provide performance coaching and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among all production team members.

Operational Excellence in Dynamic Environments: Drive operational execution and ensure flexibility to meet high volume production targets while also executing trials and experiments on the line.
