Role Description Form Energy is hiring a process engineering technician to support our operations engineering team. In this role, you will be involved in engineering projects, new process deployment, and continuous improvement in partnership with production teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission! What you'll do:

Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Conduct regular audits and data analysis to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements.

Assist in equipment commissioning.

Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement both independently and cross-functionally.

Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety throughout the facility.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses. What you'll bring:

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments.

Strong demonstrated mechanical aptitude for manufacturing equipment and processes

Experience monitoring processes in an assembly, production, or related industry, including strip charts, PI/OSI, run charts, etc.

Capable of identifying and troubleshooting problems independently when the existing "manual" doesn't have the answer

Proficient in digital documentation, including the ability to accurately enter data and navigate basic spreadsheets

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
