Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:45pm - 6:45am. Additional hours & days are added as needed for Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning of Manufacturing areas (drive paths, pedestrian walkways, bullpens, production space, etc.) are expected to take place primarily during dayshift & nightshift when operations are active, with as needed cleanings performed in high traffic or debris generating areas.
Managing the waste generated from the Production Lines. This includes General Waste, Intellectual Property Waste, Recycled Metals Waste, Production Scrap or Cardboard Recycling.
Provide & stock portable drinking water via cooler stations & supplies for consumption.
Provide Food & Beverages for the workforce in the factory. (Water, Coffee, Fruit)
Provide 5S supplies & support to maintain exterior spaces utilizing stanchions and sign postings.
Provide support for VIP Tours of the Factory.
Provide support to host the Factory meetings with Audio/Video & seating setups.
Provide other Services to the Factory to support operations & maintenance activities.
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plus.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Problem-solving
Time management
Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and organizational skills
