Job Title

Entry‑Level Assembler Technician

Shift Options & Pay

Choose the shift that fits your schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $19/hour

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday — $20/hour

• Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Friday–Sunday — $21/hour

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strong attention to detail, and wants to start or grow a career in manufacturing . No advanced experience is required — training is provided .

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand tools and basic assembly equipment

• Inspect and test parts to ensure quality and functionality

• Package completed assemblies for shipment

• Follow written work instructions and safety guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

• Maintain a steady, safe, and dependable work pace

Required Qualifications

• Any experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, general labor, or packaging

• Ability to use small hand tools and perform basic inspections

• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Webster, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
