Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle/Peoplesoft FMS Items Module experience.

  • Two (2) years of supply chain experience.

  • Intermediate Competency with Excel.

  • High Attention to Detail.

Job Summary:

To provide support in the analysis of institutional activities and business development projects designed to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Duties:

  • Business Ops and Systems - E-Commerce Team

  • Performs item adds, changes, and basic updates in the item master database.

  • Generates and maintains basic reports related to item master data.

  • Monitors and responds to inquiries, requests, and issues in the eCommerce inbox promptly.

  • Ensure that item master data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all systems.

  • Works on item master change request webforms, maintains item master data

  • Works on recurring item add batches for supporting requests from key stakeholders within UTMB

  • Works with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, and finance, to support data management efforts and resolve item master-related issues.

  • Assists with other item master-related duties as needed to support the overall eCommerce operations.

  • Adheres to internal controls established for the department.

  • Performs other related duties as required by the department.

Salary Range:

$51,000.00 to $60,,000.00, actual salary commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.

Partial remote, on-site at a minimum of two days a week, and as needed.
