Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle/Peoplesoft FMS Items Module experience.
Two (2) years of supply chain experience.
Intermediate Competency with Excel.
High Attention to Detail.
Job Summary:
To provide support in the analysis of institutional activities and business development projects designed to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Job Duties:
Business Ops and Systems - E-Commerce Team
Performs item adds, changes, and basic updates in the item master database.
Generates and maintains basic reports related to item master data.
Monitors and responds to inquiries, requests, and issues in the eCommerce inbox promptly.
Ensure that item master data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all systems.
Works on item master change request webforms, maintains item master data
Works on recurring item add batches for supporting requests from key stakeholders within UTMB
Works with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, and finance, to support data management efforts and resolve item master-related issues.
Assists with other item master-related duties as needed to support the overall eCommerce operations.
Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
Performs other related duties as required by the department.
Salary Range:
$51,000.00 to $60,,000.00, actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
Partial remote, on-site at a minimum of two days a week, and as needed.

Compensation
