Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Program Excellence (PX) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple client projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation, planning, and execution to monitoring, quality control, and closure
Develop detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with account management, creative, digital, and strategy teams
Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on expectations
Coordinate and facilitate internal team meetings and client status meetings, ensuring alignment and clear communication on project progress
Track project performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to address issues before they impact project outcomes
Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing client needs, and managing expectations
Allocate resources, including personnel, time, and OOP, to ensure efficient project delivery
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that competing priorities are balanced effectively
Lead post-project evaluations to capture learnings, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process improvements
Ensure that all project assets are properly stored, organized, and archived
Additional Functional Responsibilities
Supports PX with small to large-scale projects across assigned clients/brands
Executes MLR submission process independently
Leads internal meetings, takes notes and send recaps
Provides updates on project status; tracks, manages, and prioritizes deliverables
Develops and maintain project timelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within an advertising, marketing, or communications agency (healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing both internal and client communications
Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve conflicts
Experience with budget management and resource allocation
PMP or other project management certification is a plus

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,900.00 - $220,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
