Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner II to join a team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will collaborate with leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex HR processes, foster positive employee relations, and contribute to organizational success.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with departmental leaders to implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, best practices, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead initiatives related to employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and employee skills.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies.
• Oversee change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
• Design and implement frameworks for promotions, internal mobility, and career development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and other key stakeholders on HR matters.
• Continuously assess and improve HR processes to align with industry best practices.
Requirements • Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning and employee relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with employees and leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR compliance, policies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to organizational changes.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with HR technology tools and computer systems.
