OverviewLead Poppi Team Lab responsibilities (Inventory, Safety, Equipment, etc)Work closely with Poppi Team associates on all project requirements inside and outside of the laboratoryEnable Poppi Team Tech Center runs including managing raw materials, batch sheets, weigh outs and analytical submissions for data collectionResponsibilities* Poppi Lab manager:* Ensure all equipment and supplies are in working order and properly stocked* Area Safety Rep (monthly audits, maintain GMPs, stock safety PPE)* Manage scheduling and maintenance of lab equipment as needed and train additional developers on operating procedures* Manage POs for team submissions to external vendors for product analytical testing (Eurofins, NFL, etc.)* Support bench top prototyping for all Poppi projects* Manage shelf-life testing across all active projects (sensory & analytical)* Submit samples for micro, analytical, forensics, & S&T evaluations* Prepare ingredients for tech center runs and commercial plant trials* ID new project opportunities for team support* Compensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 - $123,150.* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
