Job Description
Job Summary : The Senior Corporate Recruiter is a strategic talent partner responsible for leading the recruitment of mid-to-senior level corporate roles, including Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and Senior Director positions. This role will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, mentor and support other recruiters, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that elevate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.
Principal Duties:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level corporate roles across multiple business functions.
Partner closely with senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies.
Mentor and coach recruiters, sharing best practices and providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to identify and implement process improvements that enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain inclusive pipelines of qualified talent through strategic sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends.
Facilitate hiring manager training on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and recruitment best practices.
Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote employer brand and attract top talent.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and organizational goals.
Essential Functions:

Exhibit leadership and coaching abilities to support the development of junior recruiters.
Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Collaborate effectively across departments and influence without authority.
Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
Prioritize multiple high-impact searches while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Basic Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting with a heavy emphasis on sourcing
Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
Experience with process improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition is a plus.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
