How you’ll make an impact in this role
Perform routine and complex ultrasound studies with clinical precision to support accurate diagnoses.
Utilize your Rad Tech and CT experience to provide versatile coverage across imaging procedures.
Calibrate equipment and ensure high-quality images and patient data are delivered seamlessly to PACS.
Maintain rigorous QC and safety protocols to ensure a compliant, patient-ready environment.
Identify pathology and artifacts, collaborating with the medical team to ensure diagnostic excellence.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following required:
Registered Cardiographic Tech specializing in Vascular Interpretation credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Radiologic Technologist specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Must be board-eligible upon hire date.
Registered Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Must be board-eligible upon hire date.
Registered Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Must be board-eligible upon hire date.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical certificate/degree required.
