Waverly-Shell Rock CSD is seeking a dedicatedSpecial Education Workplace Experience Coordinatorto develop and oversee inclusive work-based learning opportunities for students receiving special education services. This full-time position will be employed by Waverly-Shell Rock CSD and shared with two local partner districts.
The coordinator will build partnerships with local businesses, align placements with students' transition goals, support students and employers throughout placements, and ensure meaningful, accessible career experiences.
Qualifications:
Appropriate Iowa BOEE Licensure is required. 5-12 Work Experience Coordinator Endorsement.
Position begins with the 20262027 school year.
