What's the Job?
Operate various communication systems to support call handling, paging, alarms, and emergency responses.
Respond promptly and accurately to calls, alarms, and emergency hotlines, ensuring proper coordination of responses.
Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures through regular review and participation in relevant meetings.
Serve as a communication link between in-house staff, on-call personnel, patients, and families in routine and urgent situations.
Keep detailed records of on-call schedules, incident reports, and communication logs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
What's Needed?
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills typically acquired through high school education or equivalent.
At least one year of customer service experience in a high-pressure environment.
Strong communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail during stressful situations.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
