Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time (24 to 32 hours per week) dedicated and detail-oriented Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This position supports infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their families by promoting development through family-centered, evidence-based practices delivered in natural environments such as the home and community.

As part of a collaborative, transdisciplinary team, the Speech-Language Pathologist partners with families to identify priorities, develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and support children's communication and overall development within everyday routines. This role emphasizes coaching caregivers, building family capacity, and creating meaningful, functional outcomes for children.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required with current Ohio Licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellowship eligibility). Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Pay is commensurate with relevant experience and licensure. Benefits package includes insurance (if a 30 or more hour/week schedule), paid leave, enrollment in Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, and IRS mileage rate reimbursement.
