This role follows established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while supporting the perfection of security interests for vehicle, recreational, and marine collateral, as well as managing UCC filings. The title associate works closely with loan processors, internal departments, business partners, and state and federal agencies to resolve title and contract discrepancies, enhance processes, and contribute as a positive, and collaborative team member. Strong organization, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience are key to success in this role. This hybrid position is based at our Corporate Cove location in Wausau, WI, with a minimum of two days in the office and three days working from home each week.
