Responsibilities: Cross-train personnel and ensure that the staff is well informed about and able to confidently promote all products and services, promotions, and other organizational initiatives. Leads team in building and sustaining member relationships, adding value to each interaction and making informed product/service recommendations. Facilitates and participates in ongoing branch safety, security, regulatory and compliance training. Ensures team members are well trained and up to date on department and organizational procedures and policies. Ensures members\' requests and questions are promptly resolved.
