Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Maintenance
Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager,
this full-time position will play a pivotal role in supporting the maintenance
department by handling administrative, analytical, operational tasks, and
coordinating projects. By taking ownership of critical support functions, this
individual will enable the maintenance team to focus on core activities,
ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and minimal equipment
downtime.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong
written communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of data
analysis, inventory control processes, and project coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis and expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Strong written communication and typing skills.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is preferred.
Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical roles is a plus.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate small projects, including planning, resource allocation, and reporting.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Wausau, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
