ENDRES MANUFACTURING COMPANY Structural Detailer in WAUNAKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate fabrication, installation, and customer-approval drawings. Create conceptual designs, submittals, and final project drawings. Apply customer feedback and redlines to revise drawings with accuracy. Manage multiple projects while maintaining our high quality and deadline standards. Work closely with supervisors to support a high volume of new product design in a fast-paced environment. Learn and apply Endres\' established detailing standards and best practices that have been refined over the years. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree in Drafting, Engineering, Construction, or related field preferred. 1+ year of detailing experience preferred, with a willingness to continue developing technical skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD; SDS2 experience highly preferred. 3D modeling, or architectural drafting are strong pluses. Ability to read and interpret drawings, prints, and technical instructions. Steel industry experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
