Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will support all equipment in the facility, including pumps, vessels, vacuum dryers, and automated equipment. This role involves preventive maintenance and participation in new projects, such as introducing new equipment and supporting installation and commissioning efforts.
Responsibilities
Support all equipment in the facility, including pumps, vessels, vacuum dryers, and automated equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance and repair of equipment.
Participate in new projects involving new equipment installation and commissioning.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Maintain HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
Ensure compliance with regulations in a controlled environment.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience with equipment troubleshooting.
3+ years of experience with preventative maintenance.
3+ years of experience troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps/motors.
3+ years of experience working in a regulated industry.
3+ years of experience with HVAC systems or refrigeration equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with automation systems and equipment engineering.
Work Environment
The facility offers a clean, regulated environment with opportunities for growth into engineering or controls supporting roles. Multiple shifts are available: 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Tuesday-Friday), 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday-Friday, with a $1.30/hr shift differential). The facility specializes in the development and cGMP compliant manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waunakee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
