JOB REQUIREMENTS: Company At Berco, we produce mission critical undercarriages for mining, construction, forestry and agriculture machinery. Together with our customers, we create long lasting solutions by combining know-how in design, forging, heat treatment, machining and assembling. We provide undercarriage components to OEMs(Original Equipment Manufacturers) for the first fit of the machines as well as the service parts to OEMs and to the independent Aftermarket. Your responsibilities The Lab Technician reports to the Senior Quality Manager and is responsible for ensuring incoming materials meet customer specifications through mechanical and chemical testing. Major Areas of Responsibility Perform inspection and testing of incoming materials and components according to established procedures, drawings, and specifications Review certificates of analysis, supplier documentation, and quality records for accuracy and compliance Use measuring and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to validate product dimensions and quality Identify and document non-conforming materials; initiate and support corrective actions Maintain accurate inspection records and reports in quality management systems Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and safety regulations Your profile The [above] is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
