We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer for a contract position. The primary focus of this role is to develop and implement operating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Responsibilities
Develop and create detailed operating SOPs and work instructions.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve processes.
Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure effective implementation of work instructions.
Essential Skills
Proven expertise in manufacturing engineering.
Proficiency in creating work instructions and SOPs.
Experience in lean manufacturing.
Strong background in fabrication and assembly with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with fabrication and assembly processes.
Work Environment
This is a contract position expected to last a minimum of 2-3 months, or until the completion of the work instructions.

This is a Contract position based out of Waukesha, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
