JOB REQUIREMENTS: GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Engineering Supervisor plays a critical role in leading and managing a team of engineers to successfully design, develop, and deliver high-quality precast concrete structures. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of the team\'s work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture. In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Engineering Supervisor will design precast structures and oversee all aspects of projects to ensure successful and safe outcomes.
