ManpowerGroup Digital Business – Program Manager in Waukesha, Wisconsin
Our client, a global manufacturing and digital transformation organization , is seeking a Digital Business Program Manager to join their team. As a Digital Business Program Manager, you will be part of the Digital Technology & Transformation organization , supporting cross‑functional business, technology, data, and security teams . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills , executive‑level communication , and strategic problem‑solving abilities , which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Digital Business Program Manager
Location: Onsite in Waukesha, WI
Pay Range: 65-70 per hour w2
What’s the Job?
Lead and manage medium‑to‑large, cross‑functional technology programs focused on business transformation and measurable value realization
Partner with business and technology leaders to define outcomes‑based program roadmaps , scope, requirements, and success metrics
Coordinate delivery across software development, business owners, security teams, data teams, and external partners
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget , with clearly communicated milestones and dependencies
Measure and report on program performance, manage change control, and maintain comprehensive program documentation
What’s Needed?
8+ years of experience managing large‑scale technology programs with ownership across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
PMP certification required
Experience leading AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI‑driven initiatives , including multi‑year transformation programs
Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and program management tools such as JIRA
