Required skill set: Required Skills * Strong MS SQL Server experience (development, interpret and understand complex queries, data validation, troubleshooting) * Excellent communication skills * excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking * Capable of communicating technical information clearly and effectively * Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail * Experience working cross functionally with technical and non technical teams * Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously * Background in scripting or automation (Batch, PowerShell, or similar) * Experience with project coordination and time management for your own projects * handle fast paced, high pressure workload - self starter * Excellent note taking and documentation skills * Able to independently assess and prioritize work based on urgency and impact * Regular long shifts, week night / weekend work required Desired Skills * Familiarity with healthcare data formats * Experience with GE Muse * Experience supporting back-end databases for software systems * Experience with EMR/EHR systems or healthcare practice management platforms * Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and data privacy best practices * Experience with data conversions, migrations, or ETL processes * Windows server knowledge * Customer facing experience * Programming language (vb.net, c#, c++) * Experience in a tech support role / help desk role Roles and Responsibilities * Support the implementation of MES solutions using the Software Suite, owning all technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
