Position: Agricultural Equipment Operator
Requirements: Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company HR hiring practices as allowed by law. Require a high school diploma or GED. Must have a regular driver's license. Must be able to communicate in English. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires extensive sitting, repetitive movements, exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Require 3 months experience.
Job Description: We raise corn, millet, wheat and forage plants. We plant and harvest our own crops. We haul hay to our ranch locations, grain from fields to our storage facilities and employer owned fields/locations. We need equipment operators to operate tractors and various implements (planters, drills, sweeps, etc), balers, windrower, combines, loaders, and trucks. Would require employees to operate a semi-truck and trailer, experience driving a truck required. Regular maintenance/clean-up of the equipment. Yard and shop maintenance/clean-up, including but not limited to trash pick-up, sweeping, weed control and grain storage maintenance and cleaning required.
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 55 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10hrs Saturday 5hrs
Anticipated Period of Employment: 02/01/2026 to 12/01/2026
