ND job order 925572 Temporary seasonal position from 4/1/2026 to 11/30/2026 Employees will drive tractors and operate towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize crops such as corn and millet. Crops raised for forage for winter animal feed will need to be cut, raked and baled. Truck driving will be done to haul materials, supplies, or feed to designated locations for winter storage. All truck driving will haul bales and forage that are owned by the employer. There will be no commercial truck driving. Minor maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, structures, and grounds. Workers will help with the calving of the herd and care for the newborn by ear tagging, detecting sickness, and administering shots if needed. They will help with the task of fixing existing fences by using pliers and fencing stretchers. Experience in operating a side-by-side and skid steer. Employees must be able to work independently after being given instructions, must be self-motivated, and must be a team player. Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Semi-truck driving is necessary for operating 13spd, 18spd, and 10spd. transmissions. All freight, crops, and supplies hauled will be the property of the Employer, so no CDL will be necessary. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking in housing units, machinery, or vehicles. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is otherwise discouraged. No Educational level is required. Cattle experience is necessary as well as strong experience in fixing existing fences, operating side by side. John Deere and Case tractors with towed implements of feeder wagons with computerized scale monitors will be used for feeding cattle. Must have three months of operating John Deere and Case tractors with towed implements and operate feeder wagons with computerized scale monitors for feeding cattle. Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Truck driving experience is necessary with operating 13spd, 18spd and 10spd. transmissions.
