You\'ll ensure proper training, enforce company policies, and maintain strong communication across departments to keep everything running smoothly. What You\'ll Do: The Secondary Production Lead person oversees all shift Palletizer & Take-away employees and complies with all safety, quality, quantity and housekeeping standards. They will ensure that all personnel are properly trained and follow all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak. Area of responsibility & ownership includes, all overhead conveyors after spirals through palletizers1-6, stretch wrappers, discharge conveyors, labelers, forklifts, additional offline stretch wrappers.
