- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safety, efficiency and quality standards are met
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Assist or flex in to other departments if production is needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Preform operator preventative maintenance on equipment. Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisor immediately
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.
- Desire and willingness to learn, with the ability to work in a face-paced environment. Heavy lifting of material when required
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed
