PRN Sonographer – Breast Imaging

Location: Watertown, NY

Salary: $40–$50/hour

Schedule: PRN | As Needed – Flexible Schedule - no required nights or weekends unless preferred.

We are seeking a PRN Sonographer to join one of the most prestigious breast specialty clinics in the Watertown, NY area. This state-of-the-art center is dedicated to delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services in support of oncology patients. This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to world-class patient care while enjoying the flexibility of a PRN schedule!

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality breast and general ultrasound imaging

  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and compassionate care throughout procedures

  • Operate sonography equipment and maintain accurate documentation

  • Review images for quality, accuracy, and completeness

  • Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support timely diagnoses

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Ultrasound/Sonography program

  • Current ARDMS certification (AB, OB/GYN, or Breast registry strongly preferred)

  • New York State licensure (if applicable by modality)

  • Prior breast or oncology imaging experience preferred, but not required
