Packaging Associate Positions – Immediate Openings
Starting Rate: $21.24/hour (Afternoon shift premium: +$1.00/hour)
Paid Orientation First Day: May 6th
Shifts Available:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (+$1.00/hour premium)
Key Responsibilities
Work on a fast-paced packaging line handling raw meat products (turkey, chicken, pork, and beef)
Place and arrange raw meat on the line
Inspect packages and remove defects to ensure quality
Pack meat products into boxes
Operate industrial equipment, including band sealers and label machines
Palletize finished goods for distribution
Rotate through a variety of tasks to keep your day interesting
Requirements
Comfortable and willing to work hands-on with raw meats (turkey, chicken, pork, beef) daily
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Capable of standing for the entire shift
Adaptable to working in a cold environment
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, manual production setting
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Previous food production experience is an asset. Experience in the meat industry is strongly preferred.
