Pay Rate/Shift:

  • $26.50 per hour

  • 1st Shift, start time between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM; minimal overtime

What’s a typical day as a Supply Management Specialist? You’ll be:

• The primary liaison for moving raw castings between Foundry and Drivetrain Operations and external machined casting suppliers.

• Analyzing daily inventory reports and delivering critical insights to suppliers.

• Developing demand forecasts and preparing overdue order reports for Foundry operations.

• Actively collaborating with machined casting suppliers and cross-functional partners to support supply chain projects involving other commodities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).

• Are a self-starter with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Have a keen interest in developing relationships with suppliers and peers.

• Possess the ability to independently learn Microsoft analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; SAP experience is a plus.
