We are seeking dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide daily, hands‑on support. DSPs help adults with mental illness, brain injuries, and intellectual or developmental disabilities live safely, build relationships, and work toward personal goals.

Build meaningful relationships while supporting adults with mental illness, brain injuries, and intellectual or developmental disabilities
Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, community participation, and personal care (which may include bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, and mobility support)
Support individuals’ health and wellness, including emotional and behavioral needs, following support strategies, assisting during behavioral challenges as trained, helping with healthy routines, and administering medications
Support community engagement by facilitating and helping individuals participate in activities, hobbies, events, and appointments
Teach and reinforce life skills that promote greater independence
Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation each shift to record care, behaviors, activities, and health related updates

Qualifications:
High school diploma or a GED required
18 years old or older required
Pass a pre-employment drug screening required
This position requires current valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, a reliable vehicle for on-the-job use required
Ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, criminal history, and driving records required

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.50 (awake) $9.50 (sleeping hours.) Rate of pay depends upon experience
We have several shifts and schedules to meet your needs…these are general options, but we have a lot of variety within these:
Shifts: 12-hour work shifts – night or day between 8am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am
Schedules: 3-day work week is Sun/Mon/Tues or Thu/Fri/Sat with an option to pick up Wednesday if interested
12-hour work shifts allow for full-time work and up to 16 days off per month! You can have more than half the year off — while still working full time
