General Construction Laborer – Multiple Iowa Locations
Employment Type: Full-Time $18-$25/hour (based on
experience)
Industry: Commercial Construction
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
We’re hiring General Laborers to support commercial
construction projects across Iowa . If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying

What You’ll Do
Assist with daily jobsite tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and basic carpentry support
Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and building materials
Safely operate basic hand and power tools
Support concrete, steel, and carpentry crews as directed
Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety meetings
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Perform additional duties as needed to keep the project on track
What We’re Looking For
Construction or general labor experience preferred .
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Positive attitude and readiness to contribute
Steel‑toed boots required
Essential Skills
2+ years of construction experience.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Work Environment
Commercial construction environment Boots, jeans,
t-shirt/Sweatshirt Working in teams of 3-10 people on the job site at a time.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
