Overview

Customer Delivery Europe is part of the Global Customer Delivery and Europe International Markets organization and plays a critical role ensuring the flawless delivery of Mastercard products and solutions for our customers.

We partner with global and regional business units to provide value through our innovation and expertise; whilst delivering customer solutions flawlessly. We make it happen!

The Product Delivery group works with the Product teams and all functional groups involved in the

Delivery chain to transform Mastercard delivery capabilities into a source of differentiation.

Product Delivery builds repeatable and scalable delivery models for new and complex products, enables efficiency and quality of the in-market delivery teams, and provide education and training services to our customers.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst role to contribute to our strategic initiatives focused on new solutions within Network Product domains.

You will work on building repeatable and scalable delivery models for new and complex products, enables efficiency and quality of the delivery teams, and provide education and training services to our customers.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of authorisation and clearing solutions, is curious, analytical, process driven, structured, has good communication skills, capability to deep dive in technical documentation and solid project management experience.

The successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for supporting a strategy of deployment of new Network Products in Europe

• Collaborate with Global Product Integrators (GPI), In-Market Delivery (IMD) and Customer Implementation Services (CIS) teams to build robust, repeatable delivery models to deploy new Core solutions with our customers.

• Support optimization, standardization and maintenance of delivery implementation documents.

• Function as the knowledge center and delivery model expert.

• Support creation of Solution Definition Core and pre-implementation packages to strength readiness of Customers for implementation projects.

• Be responsible for the project management and delivery of those products/platforms and services; capturing lessons learned and best practices to constantly evolve Mastercard’s delivery capability.

• Facilitate Academy training sessions (in-person/virtual).

• Support client engagements.

• Ability to quickly understand, assess, simplify and articulate complex business and technical challenges / solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (oral and written).

• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner, while subject to conflicting priorities.

• Experience in managing projects / programmes and processes.

• Ability to document/package service proposals.

• Comfortable with uncertainty and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

• Ability to come with creative ideas to improve current processes and products.

• Understanding of payment ecosystem and value chain.

• Formal project management skill is a plus.

• Fluent in English. Other languages as an asset.

Location: Waterloo (Belgium) or other Mastercard office location in Europe

Some degree of travel to support Customer / project deployments anticipated.
